Home Sweet Home series is taking elements of memories, observation and sensory experiences from the idea of “home”.
During the past few years of time, we couldn't be any closer to our “home". As the time spent together with home increased, the relationship with home also changed, so I reconsidered what "home" really means? The inner feelings and emotional fluctuations home brings, and the relationships and dialogues in between, are translated.
The series presents abstract dialogues through the irregular interlacing of yarns, depict the repaired relationship with mending and slow stitching, and embrace quilting to illustrate the form of mutual cooperation among family members.
