Querencia is an ongoing exploration of calm, belonging, and inner steadiness, woven through slow processes of trial, unweaving, and quiet persistence. What began as an attempt to translate a place of safety gradually shifted into a more internal landscape—a state of being rather than a destination.
Through neutral tones, subtle pattern changes, and layered experiments, the work follows the rhythm of listening rather than directing, allowing each section to unfold at its own pace. The resulting textile carries the traces of this search: a meditation on where rest is found, and how softness can be shaped into form.
